BARPERSON
REPORTING TO: HEAD BARPERSON/ASSISTANT HEAD BARPERSON
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: To provide a high standard of efficient and courteous service to customers.
Note: In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed the job holder is required to perform such other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
MAIN DUTIES
- Prepare bar for service ensuring that all mis en place is completed and that all bar products are in adequate supply, stored and displayed.
- Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
- Comply with the requirements of regulations relating to licensing, weights and measures, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Comply strictly with till procedures.
