Job Description
EXPERIENCED DEALER
REPORTING TO: INSPECTOR AND PIT BOSS OR ASSISTANT CASINO MANAGER
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
To deal all games within the job holders competence to the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer service in accordance with the provision of the Gaming Act and the policies and procedures contained in the Company's Gaming Manual and Code of Conduct.
Note: In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed the jobholder is required to perform such other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
MAINDUTIES
Maintain correct gaming procedure at all times. In particular this entails:
- Ensuring that all transactions are announced clearly, audibly and correctly.
- All bets are correctly placed.
- Ensuring that the game is paced.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service. This includes being well groomed, polite and courteous at all times, and immediately referring disputes, problems or grievances to the Inspector.
- Maintain a high level of awareness of security requirements. This includes the immediate notification to superiors of any incident or other circumstance which may result in a breach of the Gaming Act or the Company's rules and procedures.
