Job Description

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT                             

REPORTING TO:   Club Director (Direct Report)   Director of Casino Marketing (Dotted Line)

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF JOB:                                         

Primary objective is to generate new business to the Playboy Club London by developing customer relationships and promoting the casino.  New business generated will be measured in terms of deposited funds and overall play volume.  

Additional responsinbilities include administrative activities pertaining to VIP trips through to the Playboy Club and communicating with other Caesars Entertainment properties and offices.  This role reports directly to the Club Director with a dotted line to the Director of Casino Mktg.

 OCATION:        

Position can be based overseas, however, there will be periods where employee will be called upon to travel and perform duties at The Playboy Club London as well as at any of the company’s other clubs or locations as required.

 WORKING HOURS:

You may have core hours, however you will work 40 hours per week on a varying rota, which includes weekends and night shifts with flexibility to provide service and contact at varying times dependant upon the needs of the business and the delivery of project work. Hours worked beyond a normal working week will not be entitled to receive additional pay or time off in lieu with the exception of working on a public holiday

 

MAIN DUTIES:

Generating New Business

This involves the active management of existing Caesars Entertainment network and promoting the Playboy London casino to international customers.  The role will involve contacting VIPs via outbound phone calls and other means of communication, with the goal to increase first-time visit from new customers.

 

Increasing Repeat VIP Visitation

This relates to maintaining and developing existing international VIPs in order to drive an incremental visit from the customer or gain a second-stop from an existing competitor.  This will involve understanding and improving our VIP amenity offerings (i.e. football tickets, hotel partnerships) and staying current with our competitors. 

Administrative Tasks

This pertains to administrative support needed for the development and hosting of VIP customers as well as the organization of international VIP trips.

 Specific Activities:

  • Monitor results on Bally CMP and understand player profitability
  • To understand and follow all regulatory and compliance standards.
  • To ensure the highest possible standards of customer service delivered through being courteous and technically competent.
  • To always display the four key behaviours of the Customer Service model.
  • To actively assess day-to-day customer service needs and respond appropriately.
  • To positively support company wide customer service initiatives.
  • To assure you maintain and reflect the brand values at all times
  • To uphold and support the carrying out of the Clubs objectives.
  • To create an environment which all staff will work as a team.
  • To ensure that a good relationship is upheld between other departments at all timesto ensure guest experience is optimised
  • To ensure that all Key holders names and information is kept confidential

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • lExperience in working in a Mayfair casino environment, and or members only club
  • Customer relations experience at a VIP level, used to dealing with high-end players
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with peers and subordinates, plus senior management
  • Strong, positive relationships with LCI VIPs
  • Organized and efficient with administrative tasks
  • Methodical and attentive to detail
  • Proactive, self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office in particular Word and Excel.
  • Adept with working with data and understanding trends regarding sales figures, profits etc
  • High level of personal grooming
