Do I have to apply for membership in advance?
No, as of 1st October 2005, the rules regarding membership have changed. It is now possible to visit the casino and join instantly. You may still apply for membership prior to your visit if you wish.
Do I need ID?
Yes, the European anti money laundering laws require that every person entering a casino should show positive identification. (Passport or drivers licence is ideal). Your photo will also be taken.
How old do I have to be to enter the casino?
You must be 18 years of age or over to enter the casino. This applies to all the casino's facilities, including the restaurant. You will be challenged if you are lucky enough to look under 21!
Is there a cost associated with becoming a member?
That depends on which casino you wish to join. Our casinos range from complimentary membership to £750 membership fees. Information will be found on each casino's website.
I applied for membership some weeks ago and still have not heard anything. Was the membership approved and when will I receive confirmation of this?
Applications for membership are processed instantly. A welcome letter should be posted to you, but may not arrive for a few weeks. Please contact the casino directly to check the status of your application.
Does my membership at one casino entitle me to membership at any other LCI casinos?
No. You must apply for membership at each individual casino before entering. Membership at one casino does not entitle you to membership at another.
I have not visited the casino in some time. Is my membership still valid?
Your membership will still be valid unless the casino you are a member of has moved location, no longer exists, or has an annual fee and this has not been paid.
I have lost my membership card. Can I still enter the casino?
Yes, you can still enter the casino without your membership card.
Does my membership entitle me to anything complimentary on top of the membership?
No, any fee charged is for membership and access to the casino only.
I would like to take my partner to the casino for the evening. Do they need to be a member also?
No, you can take guests into the casino with you, providing they have photo ID with them.
How many guests can I (a member) bring with me to the casino?
You can bring up to 6 guests with you at any one time (3 guests at Fifty). However, guests cannot stay in the casino without the member and must leave when the member does.

I have a group of 20 people wanting dinner and drinks, followed by gaming. Can I reserve a space for the group?
It depends on the casino you wish to visit. We suggest you contact the casino directly with your request.
Can I book accommodation at the casino?
No, we do not have accommodation facilities at any of our casinos.
Do you have car-parking facilities?
Yes, all of our casinos (with the exception of The Golden Nugget) have a valet parking facility each evening. The Golden Nugget provides free parking for members on Brewer Street.
Do you have wheelchair access to the casino?
Yes, all our casinos have wheelchair access. We also have disabled parking and disabled toilets, except for The Golden Nugget.
