How old do I have to be to enter the casino?
You must be 18 years of age or over to enter the casino. This applies to all the casino's facilities, including the restaurant.
As long as you are at least 18 years of age, you do not need ID to enter a casino, but if you are lucky enough to look under 21 you will be challenged to prove your age (with ID) before being allowed entry.
Can I wear nice jeans and trainers to the casino?
Yes, neat and tidy trainers and jeans are permitted at all of our casinos except Playboy Club London, where smart dress is required.
I have a group of 20 people wanting dinner and drinks, followed by gaming. Can I reserve a space for the group?
It depends on the casino you wish to visit. We suggest you contact the casino directly with your request.
Can I book accommodation at the casino?
No, we do not have accommodation facilities at any of our casinos.
Do you have wheelchair access to the casino?
Yes, all our casinos have wheelchair access. We also have disabled parking and disabled toilets, except for The Golden Nugget.
