From the 14th December 2007 new identification rules apply to all casinos in the UK. Please help us to both comply with the law and protect your identity.
These rules mean that we need to know who you are. You can easily prove your identity with a number of different official documents, like a valid passport or driving licence, or we may check your identity with an independent fraud prevention agency. We will also take your photograph to make things easier the next time you visit.
Please note that you must be over 18 years of age to visit the casino.
You need only to prove who you are on your first visit and the whole process should be completed in a few minutes.
If you have previously produced ID which no longer meets the legal requirements, you will be helped by a member of our reception staff to verify your identity.
This new process applies to all customers at this casino. It will no longer be possible for any person to be simply signed in without producing suitable identification. Suitable forms of identification are shown below: -
Any government issued form of photo ID such as a valid passport, a valid photo card driving licence, or a valid National Identity Card (non-UK Nationals only), or alternatively if you cannot provide one of these we may be able to accept a government issued document without a photograph provided it is supported by a second item of official form of correspondence containing your name and address and/or date of birth such as a utility bill or bank statement (but not any that are printed from the internet and not more then three months old). Please note that we do not accept mobile phone statements of any sort.
Please note that we are not able to accept credit or debit cards as a form of identification on their own.
Reception staff will be happy to advise you of suitable forms of ID if the above guidelines are unclear.
Management reserves the right to permit entry or refuse admission.
We hope these new arrangements make enjoying our casino even easier for you.
